About

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I spent much of my life intuitively shaping my environment to support my nervous system before I fully understood why. Soft lighting, visual calm, thoughtful organisation, and sensory comfort became ways of creating ease in a world that often felt overwhelming.

Over time, that sensitivity became the foundation of my work.

For more than 15 years, I've worked as a somatic therapist, bodyworker, interior stylist, writer, and facilitator, supporting people through periods of growth, change, healing, and transition. Across these different fields, I kept returning to the same understanding: our environments have a profound impact on how we feel, function, rest, and relate.

This understanding is both professional and personal.

Like many people, I've experienced seasons where life required me to begin again. Illness, loss, recovery, moving home, rebuilding, and learning how to create environments that genuinely supported my wellbeing deepened my appreciation for the role our surroundings play in everyday life.

Soft Spaces was born from that intersection of lived experience and professional practice.

My work combines practical organisation and styling with a deep understanding of the relationship between people and their environments. Whether I'm working in a family home, a business, a short-stay accommodation, or supporting someone through a major life transition, my focus remains the same: creating spaces that feel supportive, functional, and aligned with the people who use them.

I believe beautiful spaces are not about perfection. They are about creating environments that support real life — spaces that help us breathe a little deeper, move through our days more easily, and feel more at home within ourselves.

Based in Southern Tasmania, I work with clients locally and beyond through in-person and remote consultations.
